It can handle multiple document versions e.g docx(word documents), PDF, images and scanned document.View documents straight from the browser. Keep track of various document versions when a document is updated and uploaded back into the system.

  • Users are restricted from viewing un-authorized parts of the system using our role based privileges module. Allow Partners and Admin to see all parts of the system while at the same time restrict other users from viewing these areas. Track all changes done on data by a user once they log into the software.
  • Reports can be printed form the system as well as exported to PDF and Excel. These allow users to manage their data away from the system thus producing other custom reports.
  • Employees working in out-of-town branches are able to access the system and perform operations as if they were in the main office. All data is monitored the same and reports include all data from the main office and remote offices.
